LOWER GROUND FLOOR
The lower ground level comprises a double bedroom, a twin bunk room, a
shower room and a laundry.
GROUND FLOOR
The middle level has a fitted, contemporary kitchen with a large convivial
dining space leading through to the living area with exposed beams throughout.
This whole area benefits from underfloor heating. French windows lead directly to the garden and decked patio. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilet.
FIRST FLOOR
The upper mezzanine level which has a balcony overlooking the living area comprises a twin bedroom, shower room and an extra space with a double sofa bed for either quiet reading or extra sleeping.
OUTSIDE
The chalet also has a large garage and outside parking as well as an enclosed south facing garden with terrace.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Just to remind you that we do not allow animals in the chalet and have a non-smoking policy. If you so wish the cleaning can be done on your departure for a fee of €60. Otherwise we ask you to leave the chalet as you find it.
